The Company invests in a diversified portfolio of shares, trusts and interest bearing securities.
The Company (team) was formed on 17 October 2002 to become a team trust investment strategy business
by our directors Paul Adams,Gerry Roberts,and Andrew Grant,all of which were working as individuals in the corporate business financial analyst sector.
Working with their own individual capital portfolios they were succeeding but not as fast as they would have liked so they joined as a team and amalgamated all of their investment resources in to one capital investment portfolio. They found they could then build capital funds at a faster rate investing more to gain more thus built a large mutual capital share portfolio through mutual agreements & strategised investments they now have a portfolio which consists of many 1000s of shares and is showing excellent returns and has been doing so over many years.
Corporate Objectives
The Company aims to generate an increasing income stream for distribution to its private investors in the form of daily high interest
to the extent of its available through long-term investment in a portfolio of assets that are also able to deliver long term capital growth
to our private investors.
Investment Strategy
The Company is a long-term investor in companies and deals occassionaly with a small amount of reliable short term investments
It primarily seeks to invest in well-managed businesses with a profitable history and with the expectation of sound dividend and distribution growth.
Policy
HYCapitalFunds will pay the maximum amount of realised profits to its private investors in the form of daily interest of up to 2.05%
from prudent business practices from profits obtained through interest, dividends and other income it receives from its investments.
Portfolio Management
The Company has an internal Portfolio Management team to provide investment advisory services to the Board of Directors and its Investment Committee,
including the implementation and execution of investment decisions and the day to day administration of the investment portfolio.
